Hi to all reading my little story. My name is Mark, Mark Ou. I have been in Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) for nearly three years. I’m quite a loud person, meaning everyone knows me and Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) has been a family, a home and a holistic organisation to me all the way. My highest achievement was starclub for year 2007/2008 where the incentive trip was Paris! Before I joined Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®), the furthest place I have been to is Hong Kong and Thailand. After I joined Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®), I travelled to Greece, Paris, Vietnam, Phuket, Shanghai, Qingdao, Wuhan and many more Hong Kong and many many more Thailand. Too much flying? Maybe! Haha…..
I came to know about Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) through a buddy of mine who just graduated from NUS then. I was introduced to my current direct manager who happened to be my friend’s elder sister (Small world, small Singapore). Before I joined Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®), I was running my own business, a coffeeshop drinkstall that my auntie rented to me. I was quite skeptical because I always wanted to be my own boss and the idea of working for anyone else is unacceptable to me.
Nevertheless, I went on to explore this option as my buddy asked me to keep an open mind. I came to know about Peter Tan, the chairman of Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®). During the selection camp, Peter Tam talked about the culture of Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) and how they were promoting entrepreneurship. It came as a knock in the head that I was earning so much less as a ‘towkay’ than a financial consultant. I also came to realize that this career is just like your own business with the opportunity to develop interpersonal and socializing skills. I came in with the idea that I want to have a recurrent of at least 2k/mth in one year if not I will quit!
I did not quite buy in the idea of family when Peter Tan mentioned it but to my surprise, it’s really true! After I joined Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®), I encounter obstacles in prospecting and presentation etc but these people in Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) really helped me with no questions asked. This is mainly the reason why I stayed long in Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®), the whole selfless group helping out one another without asking for returns. Imagine your senior or strong colleague helping you to close a case under your name! It’s practically putting money into your pocket! Incredible or crazy I call it…but it happened….to me!
Now Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) is a family, a home and a holistic organisation to me. I have made a lot of friends here and more friends to come with Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) growing at an amazing rate.
